Exercise

I honestly admire the people who are motivated to workout everyday. My fail attempts have showed me that’s not a possibility in my future. Let’s hope I don’t get overweight because I’m screwed if I do. Anyways, my friend asked me if I could be his running partner for the upcoming weeks of next month, and being me I was like yeah sure, why not?

Our goal is to be able to jog/run 10km by the end of the summer. For the next 12 weeks on every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, we will go jogging for 30 mins using the c2k app to help us with pacing/intervals.

However as for now I’m doing these “daily exercises” (cuz im totally doing them daily) to get me ready and somewhat in shape for the weeks that await. Part of the reason I’m writing this blog post and sharing this information is so that whenever I look at it, it gives me motivation and I guess since I’m planning on updating you every 2 weeks, I will feel really guilty if I don’t pull through!

PLEASE I BEG, WHAT ARE SOME TIPS WHEN IT COMES TO WORKING OUT DAILY AND GAINING ENDURANCE WHEN RUNNING?

    • Omg today I went for a run in the morning and the air was so much more fresher compared to the air in the afternoon (that’s when I normally work out) and ur so right! It made me feel so good.. like I had accomplished something and like I was ready to face anything. Thanks for the great advice.

  1. For me it’s bulldog determination. I exercise almost daily. I self motivate. I workout alone. I think mainly what goes through my mind is I keep fit so stay healthy. Working out and eating right helps me to stay healthy…it’s all about the health for me. You have to “want it” and I want it enough to live as long as I possibly can! 🙂 Want it for yourself. Want it to be healthy for life. Best wishes to you. 🙂
